The suspect was arrested by elements of the City Mobile Group of the Davao City Police Office in Barrio Obrero here following the snatching complaints of two women.
Reports said the suspect took the bag of Rolaiza Duque as she was walking on the junction of F. Torres Street and J.P. Laurel Avenue here.
The incident was witnessed by Giovani Mark Palanca, 30, a member of the Civilian Volunteer Organization and resident of Number 47, Palma Gil street, Barrio Obrero.
